ለቢሮ ጸሐፊነት የወጣ ክፍት የሥራ ቦታ ማስታወቂያ
የዳላስ ደብረ ምሕረት ቅዱስ ሚካኤል ርዕሰ አድባርት ለቢሮ ጸሐፊነት የሥራ መደብ አመልካቾችን አወዳድሮ መቅጠር ይፈልጋል።
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively in both Amharic and English.
- Type letters and meeting minutes proficiently using Amharic and English keyboards.
- Maintain accurate ledgers for baptisms and weddings.
- Ensure files and records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Respond to emails and phone messages promptly.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers, and Microsoft Office for word processing and creating Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including paying bills, issuing checks, and preparing expense reports.
- Manage calendars and arrange events and functions, reporting event dates to the board chairman and secretary.
- Monitor office supplies and report shortages as necessary.
- Record all incoming payments and credit card transactions for memorial, baptism, and membership fees. Provide support and funds to the cashier on a weekly basis.
- Every Friday, send a text message to the board chairman, secretary, and priest with the names of the groups for memorial and baptism services.
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the executive board members.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
